volunteers to man its service, in applying for use of radio-telephone, I recognise this fact

and I arree that Canterbury Mountain Radio Service Inc. and / or its officers are not to be

liable for any loss damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by its or their failure or

inability to man any base station or for defects hidden or otherwise, in any equipment,

or inaccuracy or misinterpretation of its communication system, faulty weather

forecast, or otherwise howsoever, and I accept the service on these express conditions.”
